• We only offer refunds in cases where we are unable to provide an exchange to our customers.

• We have a 15-days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Refund cannot be granted for an order that is initially sent for replacement.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• To process return, you have to contact our Instagram Account and ship our parcel to our address.

• Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on any kind of sale products.
